Job summary

Smart Paint Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive our brand in Perak, with flexibility to base in other states and strategic travel to JB to cultivate key accounts and grow the business.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will close deals, manage existing clients, present our products at nationwide roadshows, analyze market trends, and hit monthly and yearly targets to maximize incentives.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent level or above.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in the Paint, Hardware, or Building Materials sector is a massive advantage.

We are expanding our presence in the Northern region and looking for a high-performing, self-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive our brand in Perak. This role offers the flexibility of being based in others states in Malaysia, with strategic traveling to JB to cultivate key accounts, build networks, and drive business growth.

The Role is about...

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market growth:

Close Deals: Locate, negotiate, and secure new business relationships.

Manage Accounts: Service existing clients while hunting for fresh market opportunities.

Be the Face: Present our products at nationwide roadshows and corporate events.

We Are Looking For...

Education: SPM or equivalent level or above.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management. Experience in the Paint, Hardware, or Building Materials sector is a massive advantage.

Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to manage specific key accounts).

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent relationship-management capabilities.
