Job summary

Smart Paint Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive our brand in Perak, with flexibility to base in other states and strategic travel to JB to cultivate key accounts and grow the business.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will close deals, manage existing clients, present our products at nationwide roadshows, analyze market trends, and hit monthly and yearly targets to maximize incentives.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent level or above.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in the Paint, Hardware, or Building Materials sector is a massive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Locate, negotiate, and secure new business relationships.
• Service existing clients while hunting for fresh market opportunities.
• Present our products at nationwide roadshows and corporate events.
• Analyze market trends and competitor movements to stay #1.
• Hit targets monthly and yearly to maximize incentives.
