This role focuses on outside sales, new business acquisition, and long-term client relationship management to meet consistently and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Sales & Account Management: Conduct regular site visits to existing and potential clients—including construction companies, main contractors, property developers, and active project sites—to generate sales and build long-term commercial relationships.

Business Development & Market Expansion: Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and identify upcoming construction projects across assigned territories.

Product Promotion & Marketing: Carry out strategic marketing activities and product promotion initiatives to position concrete product lines effectively in the market.

Pipeline Management: Track customer leads, project schedules, and sales delivery from initial contact through to order conversion and post-sales follow-up.

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: Office-based reporting during standard operating hours, with customer and site visits arranged as required.

Alternate Saturdays: Site-based coverage or customer follow-up as required.

REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL TRAITS

Experience & Interest: Background or strong aptitude for outside sales, field engagement, or business development within the building materials, heavy materials, or construction sector.

Key Attributes: Aggressive, dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset with a passion for field-based client engagement.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with project stakeholders at all levels.
