Job summary

Siemens AG in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Building Automation Sales Lead to drive BMS and HVAC sales through a partner channel, while collaborating with the Buildings team to identify opportunities across building automation, safety, and digital services.

You will engage consultants, developers, and facility managers to promote energy efficiency and ESG-aligned building solutions, expanding Siemens' smart building footprint and ensuring long-term trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Building Automation, BMS or HVAC.
• Experience with channel partners is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of BMS architectures, HVAC, energy management, open protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Strategic & agile, aligns solutions with customer objectives.
• Excellent communication across consultants, developers, contractors, facility managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive BMS & HVAC sales through Partner Channel (System Integrators & Resellers).
• Support Integrated Building Solutions with the SI Buildings team.
• Educate end customers, consultants, developers, and M&E contractors to build awareness and trust.
• Develop and grow strategic partner ecosystem for Siemens Building Management & HVAC solutions.
• Identify high-growth verticals in commercial buildings, healthcare, data centers, hospitality, and more.
• Deliver sales and profit growth through value-based selling of BMS, HVAC, energy optimization, and digital services.
