Job summary

Pasona HR Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer Executive to drive business development, manage client relationships, and coordinate with factories, suppliers and warehouses for delivery schedules. The role includes credit collections, market development, product promotions, and monthly sales reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in related fields, with 5+ years in B2B sales, and holds a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ working experience in the related field.
• More than 5 years’ working experience in B2B.

Responsibilities

• Conducting business development to identify new potential client collaborations.
• Creating good relationship with customer as a partner and attend to customer enquiries.
• Liaise with factory, supplier or warehouse for delivery schedules.
• Responsible for all credit collections in the areas allocated to his/her
• Developing distribution strategies and directing distribution efforts within target markets.
• Product promotions and presentation including advice to customer on use and application.
• Identifying, evaluating and developing market strategies for existing and new customer in accordance with the company's policy.
• Compiling of monthly sales reports/orders and submit to immediate superior.
• Site visit, inspection and supervising when necessary.
• Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
