Job summary

Dover Corporation is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive revenue in Penang or Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on expanding market share, managing key accounts and distributors, and closing new opportunities while adhering to defined sales processes.

You will develop strategic sales plans, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in marking, coding, and industrial printing sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in related markets.
• Experience with Salesforce.com as CRM is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and manage distributor partnerships.
• Data-driven, with solid lead and funnel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory revenue and market share and hit territory sales targets.
• Develop a sales plan covering all accounts in the territory.
• Manage existing customer accounts and distributors; enhance satisfaction.
• Develop and close new opportunities within the customer base.
• Prospect for new opportunities and build new customer relationships.
• Learn and implement the Markem-Imaje sales process and policies.
• Utilize CRM for customer data and forecasting.
