Job summary

MLDC Berhad, a growing integrated property developer in Klang Valley and Genting, invites a Sales Administration Executive to join its Subang Jaya team. You will manage end-to-end sales operations, handle sub-sale units, monitor status and documentation, and ensure accurate reporting and filing.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Studies or Business Administration, at least 3 years in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing, and knowledge of KPKT housing regulations, HIMS and SPA/e-signing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry.
• Good knowledge of KPKT housing regulations, HIMS, SPA/e-signing processes.
• Computer literate with proficiency in major Microsoft Windows, Office and MHW Accounting software is an advantage.
• Well verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales operation and administration process such as eSPA preparation, signing, stamping, loan documentation, and progress billing.
• Handle sub-sale units, including ownership transfer, refinancing, and purchaser consent processes and all incoming correspondence related to sales administration.
• Prepare and monitor sales status, legal fee payments, SPA/e-signing completion and collection and review sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain accurate updates in HIMS for purchaser data, SPA status, billing, and collection, and ensure proper filing/e-filing and timely payment processing.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
