Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education is required; a technical degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience supporting communications, radios, or data networks in a DoD/Military/Law Enforcement environment.
• Experience as an FSR or equivalent in a customer-facing technical role will determine placement.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network architecture, and RF systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; basic English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for wireless systems, assessing needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations and system evolutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management for field-driven product input and troubleshooting strategies.
• Conduct on-site and remote technical support, including diagnostics and configuration.
• Lead product demonstrations, evaluations, and long-duration user trials.
• Diagnose and resolve complex field issues, coordinating with teams for corrective actions.
• Travel up to 75% and work on-site at customer locations.
• Provide technical training to end users with tailored materials.
