Job summary

Motorola Solutions, via Silvus, seeks an International Field Service Representative to be a senior technical advisor for wireless systems, delivering pre-sales and post-sales support and tailoring multi-antenna MIMO radio solutions to customer needs.

You will conduct on-site and remote diagnostics, lead product demonstrations, train end users, and provide field-driven input to product design, with up to 75% travel and base in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed; technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in supporting communications, radios, or data networks in a DoD, Military, or Law Enforcement environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network architecture, and RF systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English reading/writing required.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for wireless systems; assess needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations and system evolutions; modify configurations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management for field input into product design and troubleshooting.
• Independently conduct on-site and remote technical support, including field diagnostics and configuration.
• Lead product demonstrations, evaluations, and user trials; identify integration opportunities.
• Document field observations and prepare recommendations influencing roadmaps and processes.
• Travel up to 75% and work on-site at the customer location.
