Motorola Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for APAC, based in Malaysia. You will lead CRFS initiatives in defense and related markets, shaping strategy and driving growth across the region, with heavy travel and close collaboration with UK engineering teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in technical sales within Defence/EW, security-clearance eligibility, and strong English plus regional language skills. A strategic, high-stakes position for market leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in high-end technical sales or business development within Defence/Aerospace/EW in APAC.
• Hold or be eligible for National Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• Good level of English and native regional languages.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the APAC region.
• Align CRFS technology with tactical needs of regional Armed Forces and border protection.
• Deliver technical briefings on signal processing and EW to regional leads and commanders.
• Lead responses to complex regional tenders and manage procurement considerations.
• Build partnerships with local/regional defence integrators and distributors.
• Coordinate with UK engineering teams to reflect APAC challenges in the product roadmap.
