Qualifications

• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Willing to work in permanent day shift roster (which include weekends and public holidays).

• Experience with Android and mobile OS.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high level of understanding of Motorola Solutions Broadband products and architecture to support customers.
• liaise between engineering and customers in written and spoken English.
• Take ownership of customer issues and meet expectations.
• Follow Customer Issue Resolution processes.
• Use Broadband systems to reproduce and troubleshoot issues and learn updates.
• Participate in System Upgrades on customer premises.
• Review tools and approaches and suggest improvements.
• Stay current on new technologies.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Comply with ISO27001 Information Security Policy.
