Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and provide solutions to clients.
• Conduct market research on clients’ operations, structures, and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Source and attract candidates via networking, social media, job ads, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Interview and assess candidates against hiring requirements and career objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing recruitment solutions and support to new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand clients’ business operations, organisational structures, industry trends, and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Source and attract suitable candidates through networking, social media, job advertisements, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
• Interview and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, competencies, and career objectives against hiring requirements.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submission reports highlighting relevant experience, strengths, and suitability.
• Provide recruitment advice and market insights to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate effective communication between clients and candidates.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and employment package arrangements to achieve successful placements.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients and placed candidates to provide post-placement support and ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence, identify business opportunities, and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, sales, or other client-facing roles is an added advantage.
