5 days, Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Basic Salary: Up to MYR 3,500 (starting salary will depend on your experience and suitability).

Key Responsibilities

Act as an extended recruitment partner for client companies under our outsourcing framework.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.

Provide relevant market insights and recruitment guidance to clients and candidates.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance and develop recruitment strategies.

Keep updated on employment laws and compliance requirements.

Assist with other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

Strong command of the English language.
