Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and provide solutions to clients.
• Conduct market research on clients’ operations, structures, and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Source and attract candidates via networking, social media, job ads, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Interview and assess candidates against hiring requirements and career objectives.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submission reports highlighting strengths and fit.
• Provide recruitment advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and employment terms to achieve successful placements.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with clients and placed candidates for post-placement support.
