Job summary

The candidate should have a Quantity Surveying background with senior-level experience and be ready to travel to project sites as required, delivering competitive technical solutions and costed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Postgraduate or professional qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in construction, building and infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bid Assistants and support Contract Managers in developing optimized and competitive bids with the Sales Team.
• Analyze customers’ technical specifications to identify product requirements and solution integration needs.
• Evaluate technical requirements and provide timely support throughout the proposal development process.
• Develop and recommend competitive technical solutions to achieve target pricing and maximize bid competitiveness.
• Calculate and validate costs for internal and external scopes based on project requirements.
• Prioritize proposal activities and coordinate submission schedules to meet Sales Team requirements and deadlines.
• Review proposals for accuracy, completeness, and commercial competitiveness before submission.
• Ensure all proposals are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
