QualityKiosk seeks a seasoned QA leader with extensive experience in test management for complex, SLA-driven engagements in digital banking domains. You will oversee large, multi-location teams, define enterprise QA strategies, and govern end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, automation, API, and performance testing.

You will drive test automation, ensure regulatory and security compliance, mentor multiple QA teams, and manage budgets, risk, and stakeholder communications while delivering

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of QA and Testing experience.
• 5+ years of Test Management or QA Head experience.
• Experience handling Managed Services SLA driven engagements.
• Hands-on with Jira and Xray for test governance.
• Strong expertise in Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead SIT, UAT, Automation, API, Integration, and NFR testing initiatives.
• Own test planning, estimation, staffing, budgeting, and delivery governance.
• Define and implement Enterprise QA and Test Strategy.
• Establish quality gates across Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive test automation and AI-enabled Quality Engineering adoption.
