Job summary

Ryt Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance & Test Analyst to drive software quality for our digital bank project. You will design test strategies, lead testing activities, and implement best practices to ensure robust software performance.

Responsibilities include test case execution, defect tracking, regression testing, and test documentation. Strong collaboration with engineers, product teams, and automation engineers is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a software testing team, with end-to-end testing experience.
• Experience in test planning, design, and execution.
• Experience in manual and automated testing; familiar with Agile/Waterfall.
• Knowledge of testing standards, tools, processes, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases based on project requirements and plans.
• Test both manual and automated scenarios for the digital bank platform.
• Document results and report defects to development teams.
• Maintain testing environments and automation tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects; provide clear bug reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and QA partners.
