Infosys in Kuala Lumpur invites a Senior Consultant to lead engagements across QA testing and deployment efforts for banking and card processing domains. You will define test strategies, drive execution, and mentor teams while ensuring client satisfaction in global delivery contexts.

The role requires 5+ years of QA/testing experience, strong knowledge of SDLC, and hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, testing, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Proven problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in client interfacing and global delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• HPS PowerCARD – Merchant Acquiring and Issuing testing experience
• Credit/Debit card business processes and switches understanding
• Experience in POS, ATM, Wallets and mobile banking
• Strong understanding of Banking processes
