TrustDecision is seeking a Senior Test Lead / QA Lead to own end-to-end testing for large-scale banking implementations in Southeast Asia. You will define test strategy, lead planning, and ensure production readiness with integration and performance validation.

Formación

• 5-10+ years in software testing / QA / quality engineering.
• Proven experience as Test Lead / QA Lead in enterprise system delivery.
• Strong background in banking or financial systems testing.
• Deep understanding of SIT, API testing, data validation.
• Experience with distributed systems and databases.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and performance testing.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead overall test strategy, test planning and execution.
• Ensure quality gates are met before production release.
• Design and execute testing for complex system integrations (core banking, LOS, payments).
• Validate end-to-end data flows, API interactions and business logic.
• Build scalable test frameworks and automation strategies (API, regression, data validation).
• Lead performance testing and capacity validation to meet SLA.
• Establish defect lifecycle management and drive RCAs with engineering.
