Job summary

CFM Technologies Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, and the preparation of purchase orders to support production requirements. You will work with suppliers on cost-reduction initiatives, monitor on-time delivery and quality, participate in supplier audits, and liaise with related departments to ensure smooth production.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.

Responsible for purchasing functions including sourcing, selection, preparing purchase order and evaluation of suppliers’ performance.

Work with supplier on cost reduction initiatives and payment term.

Monitor closely to ensure on-time delivery from suppliers and sub-contractors, and consistent quality to meet production requirements.

Participate in supplier and sub-contractor audit.

Liaison and coordination with all related department to ensure smooth production.

Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement:

Candidate must have at least higher Secondary / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Resourceful, strong negotiation skills, energetic and high level of work commitment and integrity.

Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
