Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional to manage daily purchasing and procurement activities, source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to meet quality and cost targets.

You will prepare purchase orders, maintain records, monitor orders, deliveries and stock levels, evaluate supplier performance, and build strong supplier relationships to reduce costs and improve purchasing efficiency.

Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain quotations.

Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules.

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Ensure purchases meet quality, cost and timeline requirements.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve purchasing efficiency.
