Job summary

HABIB Group seeks a General Manager to lead planning, development, design coordination, construction and delivery of residential and commercial property developments in Malaysia. The role requires strong civil and structural engineering knowledge and extensive senior project leadership experience.

You will oversee feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, quality, safety and regulatory compliance, manage stakeholders and drive value across multi-disciplinary teams from concept through handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
• 15 years of relevant experience in property development and senior project leadership.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale developments.
• Knowledge of building regulations, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end property development projects.
• Oversee feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, design development, approvals, construction and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, authorities and contractors.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality, safety and risk; ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams and stakeholders.
