Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead and oversee our property development initiatives in Malaysia. The role requires steering the full development cycle, from planning and approvals to construction, sales and handover, while aligning with the Board’s strategic direction.

The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years in property development, including 5–8 years in senior management, with strong leadership, planning, and regulatory knowledge to drive business growth and project

Qualifications

• Extensive property development experience across full cycle.
• 12–15 years of property development experience, incl. 5–8 years in senior management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the company’s operations and development activities.
• Develop annual business plans and departmental work plans.
• Oversee full property development cycle from planning to handover.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality against Board-approved plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including authorities, banks, consultants, and partners.
• Prepare management reports for the Board.
