Job summary

Executive Recruiters Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Manager / AGM (Property Development) to oversee overall planning of project development, liaise with authorities, and lead land acquisition, feasibility studies, design concepts, and development. You will coordinate with Marketing and Contracts, attend meetings, maintain project documentation, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years in property development related to project planning.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
• Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• In-charge for overall planning of project development.
• Liaison with local authorities and consultants for submissions and approvals.
• Involve in land acquisition, feasibility study, design conceptual and development.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Contract Departments regarding SPA, launching, costing, tender, materials and specifications.
• Attend authorities and client consultant meetings.
• Create and maintain project documentation and filing.
• Report to the management regarding planning, submission and approvals status.
• Other duties assigned as required.
