Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end property development projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with 6–8 years of relevant experience in property development or construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in property development, project management or site coordination for building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Familiarity with statutory submissions, planning approvals and local authority requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; coord wild with consultants, authorities and management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property development process from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedules and quality; ensure compliance with standards.
• Review drawings (architectural, structural, civil, M&E) for regulatory alignment.
• Oversee submissions, planning permissions, building plan approvals, permits.
• Monitor costs and contract administration to maintain feasibility.
• Coordinate site inspections, defect rectification and handover activities.
• Identify risks and provide practical solutions to Management.
• Prepare progress reports and update Management regularly.
• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
