Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in property development.
• At least 5 years in an executive or Assistant General Manager-level role overseeing large-scale, multi-phase master-planned developments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Drive end-to-end development strategy, financial modeling, budget optimization, and profitability targets for active and upcoming mixed-use phases.
• Project Delivery: Direct multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure construction execution meets international standards for safety, quality, schedule, and cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain partnerships with government authorities, joint venture partners, consultancies, and main contractors.
• Commercial Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Asset Management teams to design market-responsive products and launch strategies.
• Risk & Operations: Identify operational and regulatory risks, establish mitigation protocols, and uphold governance across local legal frameworks.
