Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a senior project leader in Johor Bahru, Malaysia to drive end-to-end delivery of major property developments. You will coordinate architects, engineers and consultants from concept through tender, and ensure on-schedule execution with strict budget control.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years of hands-on PM experience in property development, along with fluency in English and Mandarin and strong MS Office and executive data presentation

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee and monitor the full lifecycle of project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to top quality standards.
  
• Consultant & Design Management: Lead cross-functional coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants from conceptual design and development through to the tender stage.
  
• Site Execution & Timeline Control: Drive on-site progress by managing site teams and subcontractors to eliminate delays and maintain strict master schedules.
  
• Authority Liaison: Deal directly with local authorities to manage statutory submissions, building inspections, and secure crucial project development approvals.
