VCS Interior in Malaysia is recruiting a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations for design & build and interior fit-out projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and ensure work aligns with design specs and schedules.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of site supervision experience, a Diploma/Certificate in construction-related fields, knowledge of local regulations, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication; Mandarin is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Coordination & Execution
Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work is carried out according to design, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradesmen, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor progress and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with industry standards.
Quality & Safety Management
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, company SOPs, and CIDB requirements.
Implement and enforce safety practices, including toolbox meetings and hazard identification.
Maintain site cleanliness and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and update site reports, daily work records, material usage logs, and progress photos.
Report site issues, delays, or discrepancies to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in verifying subcontractor claims, material deliveries, and site measurements.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities during inspections or site meetings.
Support the project team in addressing client concerns and providing accurate site updates.
QUALIFICATION
Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in design & build, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Malaysia.
Familiar with reading technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ability to lead work teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and solve on-site issues effectively.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
CIDB green card required; OSHA/NRP safety certifications are a plus.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work extended hours when required.
