DK-MY Properties seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead on-site construction activities for our developments in Subang Jaya. You will oversee daily site operations, manage progress against the master programme, and ensure quality, safety and cost control.
The role requires 8–10 years in construction or property development, strong leadership to coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams, and the ability to deliver projects from start to handover in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and manage the overall construction activities at the project site to ensure the project is completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality standards and safety requirements.
Plan, coordinate and monitor daily site operations, construction progress, manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractor activities.
Develop and monitor the project master programme, construction schedule and key project milestones.
Coordinate closely with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project implementation.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress meetings, and follow up on outstanding matters, technical issues and action items.
Monitor contractors' and subcontractors' performance, workmanship, productivity and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
Review construction drawings, method statements, technical submissions, material submissions and other project-related documents.
Identify potential delays, construction issues and project risks, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, statutory requirements and company standards.
Monitor project costs, variation works, claims and other commercial matters together with the relevant internal departments and consultants.
Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical works at site.
Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and defects are promptly rectified.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements and promote a strong safety culture at the construction site.
Liaise with local authorities and relevant agencies on site-related inspections, approvals and compliance matters where required.
Prepare and submit regular project progress reports, site updates, construction status and key issues to Management.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, defect rectification and project handover upon completion.
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by Management.
