Job summary

Seating Spectrum Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects. You will study drawings (2D/3D) and coordinate with sub-trades, carpenters, and authorities to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have a diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in interiors/renovation, with strong time management and communication skills. Willingness to travel and work night hours when required is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma required.
• 2+ years experience in site interiors & fit-out/renovation is preferred.
• Knowledge of materials and drawing study (2D/3D perspective, layout and details) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site progress to ensure completion within the timeline.
• Study drawings including 2D & 3D perspectives, layout plans and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with sub-trades, carpenters, contractors and authorities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progress reports with management.
• Attend meetings and liaise with all relevant departments.
• Respond to site issues and ensure smooth handover to clients.

Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison and coordination with sub-contractors, carpentry and relevant authorities, responsible of installation arrangement, control of renovation and interior design related works.

Prior to commencing worksite person essential to study of the drawing and to engage in preliminary round of discussion & briefing together management

Involve in order material, arrange workers schedule and material deliveries/logistic arrangement, supervise progress at the project site to ensure that project is completed within stipulated time.

Prepare daily/week/monthly site progressive report & updates with management

Attend meetings when required.

Coordinate with all relevant department and work as a team

Responsible for project's correspondence and documentations

Attend to site issues or problem & ensure that the project is completely handed over without any issues

Experience in handling several sub trades at one time

Responsible to respond to all customer emails within 24 hours.

Job requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma

At least 2 years working experience in the Site, interiors & Fit-out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.

Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working, reliable, positive attitude can work independently or with minimum supervision

Willing to outstation, night work when needed.

Knowledge about material application.

Knowledge in study drawings includes 2D & 3D perspective, layout plan and detailed drawings.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Self Initiative/proactive/committed is needed

Must able to communicate in English and Malay
