Job summary

CTC Development Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager/Manager to oversee the entire property development process—from planning and feasibility to construction, approvals, and handover—coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities to keep projects on time and within budget. The role requires reviewing drawings, managing regulatory submissions, monitoring costs, and reporting progress to Management.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of working experience in property development, project management, or site coordination for building projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall property development process from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities and stakeholders to ensure timely project implementation.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, budgets and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings for regulatory compliance and project objectives.
• Oversee statutory submissions, planning approvals, building plan approvals, permits and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project costs, contract administration and financial performance for cost control and feasibility.
• Coordinate inspections, defect rectification, handover, and certifications to purchasers.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide practical recommendations to Management.
• Prepare regular progress reports and milestones updates for Management.
