Selaman Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Senior Manager, Project Management (Property) in Malaysia. The role leads planning, coordination, and monitoring of property development from initial planning to handover and CCC, ensuring compliance with contracts, drawings, SPAs, and authorities.
Candidates should possess a minimum 15 years in property development project management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and multiple projects under pressure.
-Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of property development projects from the planning stage through project handover and the issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
-Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contract requirements, construction drawings, specifications, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), local authority requirements, and company policies and procedures.
-Resolve technical issues with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities while ensuring compliance with site safety requirements.
-Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
-Manage project meetings, reporting, contractor/consultant performance evaluations, and payment claim reviews.
-Coordinate the processes for the Certificate of Practical -Completion (CPC), CCC, project handover, and project documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranty certificates.
-Monitor rectification works, maintenance activities, and the resolution of purchaser complaints throughout the Defects -Liability Period (DLP).
-Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Job Requirements :-
-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, -Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
-Minimum 15 years of working experience in property -development project management, construction, or a related industry.
-Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
-In-depth knowledge of property development processes, construction contracts, CCC, CPC, and DLP requirements.
-Experience dealing with local authorities, contractors, and consultants.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong ability to prepare management reports and manage project budgets.
-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Possess a valid driving license and own transportation (preferred).
