CTC Development Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (1016899-P) is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to drive the end-to-end property development process in Malaysia.

You will work with a range of stakeholders to ensure design, approvals, construction, and handover meet quality and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, detailed cost control, and proactive risk management. A Diploma or Degree in a related field and 6–8 years of experience are expected to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Language requirement: proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall property development process from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, budgets, and schedules to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Review drawings for regulatory compliance and project objectives.
• Oversee submissions, planning approvals, permits and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor costs, contract administration and financial performance for cost control.
• Coordinate inspections, defect rectification and handover to purchasers.
• Identify risks and provide practical solutions to Management.
• Prepare regular progress reports and update Management on milestones.
