Job summary

Selaman Sdn Bhd invites a Senior Manager, Project Management (Property) to lead the end-to-end execution of property development projects, from planning through handover and CCC issuance.

You will ensure projects comply with contract requirements, drawings, SPAs, and local authority rules while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil/Building/Construction/Architecture).
• 15+ years' experience in property development project management or construction.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Deep knowledge of CCC, CPC and DLP requirements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor property development projects from planning to handover.
• Ensure compliance with contract drawings, SPA, local authorities, and company policies.
• Resolve technical issues with contractors, consultants, and authorities while maintaining safety.
• Manage meetings, performance evaluations, and payment reviews.
• Coordinate CPC/CCC handover, documentation, and warranties.
• Monitor defect periods and purchaser complaints during DLP.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
