Job summary

Eastern & Oriental Berhad seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee end-to-end development from pre-development to handover. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or related disciplines, 8–12 years of property development or project management experience, and a strong track record in managing complex development projects.

Qualifications

• End-to-end development and construction process understanding.
• Strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams and authorities.
• Experience in planning, design, pre-development, and handover stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development process across pre-development to post-development.
• Coordinate master planning, development planning and feasibility studies.
• Review plans, proposals and design concepts for alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate drawings, materials, and technical specifications for compliance.
• Monitor consultants and contractors for timely delivery and issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality and timelines.
• Control costs, quality and schedule within approved budgets.
