Job summary

EH Property Management is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (Property Development) in Malaysia. The role oversees progress of development projects, ensures compliance with plans and regulations, and coordinates submissions for approvals up to CCC.

Collaboration with consultants, councils, and internal teams is essential for on-time, on-budget delivery. The position requires senior-level experience in property development, professional registrations, and strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Housing, Building and Planning or related field.
At least 10 years total experience and 5 years in property development.
Professional registration with BEM, IEM, LAM, PAM and/or PMP is an added advantage.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Own transport and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor progress of property development projects to meet specs and timelines.
Check drawings/ specifications against approved plans and resolve conflicts.
Coordinate with consultants and local council for approvals and CCC.
Attend meetings and communicate changes to avoid construction mistakes.
Ensure execution per contract, schedule, and budget.
Liaise with internal departments during design and development.
Value progress claims.
Perform other duties as assigned.
