Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of township, mixed development, and high-rise residential projects in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Lead and oversee the planning, execution, delivery, and completion of property development projects to ensure successful delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, statutory requirements, and business objectives. The role is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from design development and authority approvals through construction, handover, and defect liability management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Development

Lead project planning, design development, and value engineering initiatives to optimize cost efficiency, product quality, and marketability.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and relevant authorities to secure timely approvals and ensure project readiness.

Review project feasibility studies, development strategies, and implementation plans in line with business objectives.
