Qualifications

• Holds a Diploma, Degree, or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Studies, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in property development, project management, or design coordination.
• Knowledge of project planning and execution with exposure to product development in property sector.
• Experience collaborating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Familiar with planning processes, submission documents, and regulatory approval cycles within the property industry.
