Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to lead interior design, fit-out and renovation projects from planning to handover, coordinating site mobilization, timelines, budgets and quality. You will provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in interior fit-out or related fields, demonstrates initiative and strong communication, and is willing to travel and work on outstation sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in interior design, fit-out, or renovation.
• Ability to lead and coordinate site mobilization and logistics.
• Capable of managing budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Willing to travel and work at outstation locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle project execution from planning to closeout.
• Lead site mobilization and logistics planning; ensure documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permits; oversee construction activities.
• Oversee resource management and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality inspections, and cost tracking.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; handle challenges.
• Ensure successful handover with complete documentation.
• Be willing to be stationed at outstation locations as required.
