Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Contract Manager / Quantity Surveyor Manager to oversee contract administration, tendering, budgeting and procurement for interior design and fit-out projects.

You will develop tender pricing strategies, prepare budgets, and maintain contractual records with clients and suppliers while leading a QS team. Travel may be required to meet project needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
5–8 years of experience as a QS, preferably in interior design or fit-out.
Strong costing, tendering and procurement skills.
Good knowledge of construction contracts and tender procedures.

Responsibilities

Oversee contract administration, tendering, procurement, costing and commercial management for interior design and fit-out projects.
Develop and advise on effective tender pricing strategies and methods.
Prepare pre-project budgets and comprehensive tender documentation.
Monitor and maintain all contractual records with clients and suppliers.
Source, negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors.
Lead and train a team to complete tasks assigned by Management or Board of Directors.
Ensure zero error in costing and submit tenders within deadlines.
Willing to travel outstation based on project requirements.
