Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily interior fit-out and renovation operations. You will manage on-site coordination with sub-contractors, labour, and equipment to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion according to drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring work sequences, assisting project teams, attending meetings, and preparing required documentation for authorities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' working experience in Construction, Interiors & Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field.
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hardworking, reliable; ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel outstation as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Monitor sub-contractors’ work on site: sequence, method, and quality control.
• Coordinate labour and equipment to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Assist project supervisor/manager with overall project implementation on-site.
• Attend weekly project meetings and manage changes that could affect progress.
• Prepare method statements, materials submissions, drawings, and specifications for authorities.
