Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project from kick-off to handover.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, factory and site teams.
• Lead installers and subcontractors, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Monitor budgets, quotations, VO, and subcontract claims.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety practices and site regulations.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communications and provide progress updates.
• Prepare site reports, shop drawings, method statements, and progress claims.
• Coordinate project handover and closeout with lessons learned.
