Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional logistics and warehouse projects from planning through stabilization. You will manage onboarding, start-ups, expansions, and change initiatives, coordinating with operations, IT, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in warehouse operations and project management, with 5 years in implementations and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations and project management within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse implementations, customer transitions, and process improvement projects.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Written and Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage

• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
• Support solution design, resource planning, and process standardization across warehouse operations.
