Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing and distribution operations, ensure stock accuracy, and enforce policies and SOPs. You will coordinate with Retail Operations, Supplier Management, Home Delivery, and external partners to ensure inbound flow from order processing to goods receipt is timely and accurate.

At least 5 years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management, with strong leadership and knowledge across transportation,

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing warehousing and distribution operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proven track record in inventory accuracy and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and distribution operations in compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse stocks and inbound flow.

To ensure the accurancy of the warehouse stocks.

Support and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Retail Operations team, Supplier Management team, Home Delivery team, and any external parties such as freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Requirement

Responsibility

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Management.
• Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory & management planning etc.
• Proven ability to operationalize warehouse and internal logistics strategy to ensure day to day warehouse performance is consistently maintained and effectively integrated the ability to proactively and efficiently scale operations in line with business needs.
• Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• High adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and excellent command and control on the floor.
