Lead end-to-end project delivery for migration and business transformation initiatives, including project planning, scope definition, scheduling, implementation, and risk management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and quality expectations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans while providing regular project updates to key stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate technology solutions that support business operations and customer requirements.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide project management expertise to support strategic business objectives and organizational change initiatives.
Identify and deploy customer technology solutions from portfolio, provide effective configuration & integration to meet routine customer needs relating to business transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
Experience in project management, implementation, business transformation, or process improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
Experience in business planning, logistics and distribution planning, engineering, consulting, computer technologies or related, of which four (4) years in program management and/or global/international transportation industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer technology solutions.
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded: Customer technology implementation, including EDI, API integration, and system connectivity. Pricing management, rate administration, contract management, or invoicing processes. Customer-facing project implementation and stakeholder management. Experience with shipping, tracking, billing, and operational systems.
