Job summary

Karcher in Malaysia is seeking a temporary project support role to assist in bonded warehouse operations, documentation, and inventory management. Fresh graduates are welcome, and the position runs for two months to meet a tight project timeline.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team in the implementation and coordination of bonded warehouse operations.
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and operational records.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, data tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with customs compliance documentation and related administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to warehouse and project support activities.
