Job summary

PEMBINAAN TERASMAJU SDN BHD, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer Electrical (Substation) to lead electrical infrastructure projects for TNB. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on project execution, and the ability to drive delivery from planning through completion.

You will manage full project cycles, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure timelines and safety standards, and mentor project teams to achieve objectives with professional rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Power Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure and substation projects.
• Direct hands-on experience in TNB grid development projects is mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and committed to project success.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with TNB standards, authority requirements, and safety compliance procedures.
• Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, workforce performance, material coordination, and overall site operations.
• Ensure compliance with TNB requirements, safety regulations, quality standards, and authority procedures at all times.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently and professionally.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management on project status and performance.
