Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Power Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure and substation projects.
• Direct hands-on experience in TNB grid development projects is mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and committed to project success.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with TNB standards, authority requirements, and safety compliance procedures.
• Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full cycle of project execution from planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion.
• Drive site progress, team performance, and ensure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate effectively with TNB, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities throughout project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify site issues, and provide proactive troubleshooting and technical solutions.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and authority submissions are maintained accurately and timely.
• Manage subcontractors, workforce performance, material coordination, and overall site operations.
• Ensure compliance with TNB requirements, safety regulations, quality standards, and authority procedures at all times.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently and professionally.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management on project status and performance.
