Job summary

Corebase Technologies is seeking a proactive Product & Business Analyst to bridge business needs with product development for both client-facing products and white-label SaaS solutions.

You will gather requirements, create prototypes with Axure RP, document PRDs/BRDs, and work with UI/UX and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, business-aligned features. Strong stakeholder communication and UAT execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS, software eng or related fields.
• 3+ years in Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related roles.
• Experience with SaaS products and platforms.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Proficient in Axure RP for wireframes, prototyping, and user flows.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user journey mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements from clients and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Product & Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements, client expectations, and product development.

You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering product requirements, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting the development of both client-facing products and white-label SaaS solutions.

This role requires strong business analysis skills, product thinking, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, clients, and management to drive successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Requirement Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements from clients and stakeholders.

Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Axure RP.

Produce PRD (Product Requirement Documents), BRD (Business Requirement Documents), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.

Work closely with UI/UX Designers and Developers to ensure requirements are accurately translated into product features.

Enhance UI/UX by collaborating closely with designers to define, review, and refine user journeys, product workflows, and overall user experiences, ensuring intuitive, user-friendly, and business-aligned solutions.

Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.

Conduct UAT testing and validate delivered features against business requirements.

Product Management

Analyze product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback.

Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

Collaborate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to improve product usability and business value.

SaaS & White Label Solutions

Manage requirements for SaaS products and White Label implementations.

Understand client business needs and translate them into scalable product solutions.

Support multi-tenant SaaS environments and client customization requirements.

Ensure alignment between core product capabilities and client-specific requirements.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities.

Prepare reports, workflow diagrams, and business recommendations.

Communicate effectively with clients, management, and technical teams.

Monitor project progress and support successful product delivery.

Requirements

Mandatory

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Executive, Product Owner, or related roles.

Experience working with SaaS products and platforms.

Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.

Proficiency in Axure RP for wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user journey mapping.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience with White Label products and solutions.

Experience in a Software House or Product Development environment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.

Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and database concepts.

Experience conducting UAT and managing product releases.
