We are looking for a Business Analyst – Application Development to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into impactful applications that deliver measurable outcomes.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business users, developers, architects, and project teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the successful delivery of application development initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping user stories, validating solutions, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and driving continuous improvement throughout the application lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for application development projects.
• Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting Agile delivery teams by refining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, clarifying functionality, and participating in testing activities.
• Collaborating with technical teams to define data requirements, business processes, and solution designs that meet business objectives.
• Supporting user acceptance testing, solution validation, change management activities, and successful application adoption.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, leveraging industry best practices, and contributing to application delivery standards.

What we need to see from you

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting application development, software delivery, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation skills, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
